ATM/VISA Check Card

ATM Safety

Report a lost or stolen ATM/Debit card immediately - During business hours contact a branch near you as soon as you realize your card is lost or stolen. Or, you may contact Customer Service at 1-888-683-6030 after business hours and press 5 to report your card lost or stolen.

Protect your privacy - Be aware of “Shoulder Surfers”. Block the view of the ATM keyboard to prevent anyone from observing your PIN code over your shoulder.

Be Ready - Complete deposit forms and have your card ready to use before approaching the ATM.

Drive-up ATMs - Keep your doors locked, windows up, except the driver’s window and car running when using the Drive-up ATMs.

Don’t share your PIN (Personal Identification Number) - Do not write your PIN on your card or in your wallet. It is best to memorize it or keep it in a safe place at home.

Keep your Card Safe - Treat your ATM/debit card just like cash.

Keep your Receipts - ATM receipts should not be left behind at the ATM, keep them to balance your monthly statement. If there are any discrepancies, report them to a branch near you for further assistance.

Stay alert - Be aware of your surroundings at all times. Park in a well lighted area at night and if possible have someone accompany you. If you notice anything suspicious, use another ATM and report any suspicious activity to police.

We want the ATM facility to be safe and convenient for you. Therefore, please tell us if you know of any problem with a facility. For instances let us know if a light is not working or there is any damage to a facility. Please report any suspicious activity or crimes to both the operator of the facility and the local law enforcement officials immediately.
