  • ATM/Visa Check Card

    Report a lost or stolen ATM/Debit card immediately. During business hours contact a branch near you as soon as you realize your card is lost or stolen. You may also contact Customer Service at 1-888-683-6030 after business hours and press 5.

    Protect your privacy - Be aware of “Shoulder Surfers”. Block the view of the ATM keyboard to prevent anyone from observing your PIN code over your shoulder.

    Be Ready - Have your card ready to use before approaching the ATM.

    Drive-up ATMs - Keep your doors locked, windows up, except the driver’s window and car running.

    Don’t share your PIN (Personal Identification Number) - Do not write your PIN on your card or in your wallet. It is best to memorize it or keep it in a safe place at home.

    Keep your Card Safe - Treat your ATM/debit card just like cash.

    Keep your Receipts - ATM receipts should not be left behind at the ATM, keep them to balance your monthly statement. If there are any discrepancies, report them to a branch near you for further assistance.

    Stay alert - Be aware of your surroundings at all times. Park in a well lighted area at night and if possible have someone accompany you. If you notice anything suspicious, use another ATM and report any suspicious activity to police.
